At PJA Fitness, our Baseball Performance Training program is designed for athletes who want to move better, throw harder, and compete at their highest level — whether you’re a pitcher, position player, or recovering from injury.

As a former collegiate baseball player and Doctor of Physical Therapy, I understand firsthand what it takes to stay healthy, build power, and perform consistently throughout a long season. That experience shapes everything we do — from mobility and strength work to arm care and velocity-based training.

We’re currently a mobile service, offering training sessions at local gyms, fields, and even your home — and we’re actively working toward opening a dedicated performance facility in the near future.

This isn’t group training or a one-size-fits-all program. It’s 1-on-1 coaching built around your position, your goals, and your season.
