At PJA Fitness, we offer detailed injury risk screening and movement analysis to help you understand how your body moves — and where it's vulnerable. Whether you're an athlete returning from injury or an active adult wanting to prevent one, this assessment gives you a clear plan forward.

Led by Dr. Preston Arnold, we use objective testing, clinical reasoning, and movement breakdowns to identify strength deficits, imbalances, and inefficient patterns that can limit performance or lead to injury.

✅ What’s Included:

  • ArmCare Testing – shoulder strength balance, ER/IR ratios, and rotator cuff screening (ideal for throwers)

  • Quadriceps Index (ACL Testing) – objective comparison of strength between limbs post-ACL or lower body injury

  • Movement Analysis – functional movement patterns including squatting, lunging, hinging, and jumping

  • Gait Analysis – walking or running video review to detect compensation or imbalance

  • Custom report and corrective strategy recommendations
