
Baseball Performance
Our Baseball Performance Program is built for players who want to throw harder, move better, and stay healthy. Led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, every athlete trains with a performance-first approach that combines strength, mobility, and ArmCare to build velocity and durability.

This monthly program (3 sessions per week) focuses on long-term development. Real results take time, and we recommend at least 4 months to see meaningful changes. Each athlete is assessed regularly for range of motion, strength, and fatigue to reduce injury risk and optimize progress.

Athletes also have access to recovery modalities such as dry needling, cupping, and soft tissue therapy.
