Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 26, 2025

At PJA | Physical Therapy & Performance, every session is carefully scheduled to provide one-on-one care with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, all sales are considered final.
 

Refunds for Services

• Payments for services (including Physical Therapy Evaluations, Follow-Up Sessions, and Recovery Sessions) are non-refundable once purchased.

• Prepaid packages are also non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual with approval from PJA | Physical Therapy & Performance.

Missed Appointments

• Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may be charged the full session fee.

• We encourage clients to notify us as soon as possible if they cannot make their appointment so we can accommodate others.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may arise. In rare cases, credits or rescheduling options may be offered at the discretion of PJA | Physical Therapy & Performance, but refunds are not guaranteed.
